Systech IT Solutions Promise Applicable Products

The Systech IT Solutions Promise is applicable to the following purchases from Systech IT Solutions: Purchases of new products from Systech IT Solutions with vendor support included, or, Purchases of additional vendor support from Systech IT Solutions for products you already own.

*The Promise

Our promise is, that for the life of the purchased vendor support, you may log a support call directly with Systech IT Solutions(i). Systech promise to resolve the problem in the shortest possible time, through their own in house, highly qualified and certified technical experts. In the unlikely event that Systech IT Solutions support are unable to resolve the issue quickly, we will immediately log a call on your behalf with the vendor support team and monitor, manage and expedite the logged call until the issue is closed by the vendor.

(i) During Monday to Friday, (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs
